Tony Rubino
Tony Rubino's experience in the graphic design industry spans more than 20 years. This experience has allowed him to expand his knowledge and familiarity with many aspects and elements of graphic arts field. From 1985 to 1988, Tony was employed with MarketSource Corporation. Founded in 1975, as a college marketing firm, MarketSource rapidly emerged as one of the largest and most successful event marketing companies in the United States. During that time, he was Production Manager of MarketSource's sister company Computype Design. As Production Manager, his primary responsibility was to produce marketing materials for MarketSource. Upon moving to California in 1988, Tony began working at Lithographics in Sacramento, CA. While still involved with production and design, his duties at Lithographics allowed him to become very efficient at troubleshooting production jobs for many Sacramento area design studios. In 1992, he became employed by Government Technology magazine as lead production/design artist. In addition to designing many of the magazine articles and covers, he acquired 3D computer animation and video production skills which enabled him to create multimedia projects for Government Technology magazine. Since 1994, Tony has worked at The Dunlavey Studio in Sacramento. While still designing and producing print, he has taken a lead role in guiding the Dunlavey Studio into the "internet age" by designing and building numerous websites.
With 20 years of experience and knowledge, Tony has been able to assist several other designers in the Sacramento area. With his wife as co-owner and accountant,
he created his own company in 1998 - www.RubinoWebDesign.com. He has built a solid reputation for his body of work in web design and print production that is both efficient yet highly creative.
